Quality you can trace back to the factory floor
We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. Every pack is made, checked and sealed at our own plant in Buikwe District — which means we can tell you exactly what went into it.
Built to UNBS-aligned standards
Uganda National Bureau of Standards sets the benchmark for disposable baby diapers sold in this country, and our production is run to align with it. That covers absorbency, construction, packaging and labelling.
Certificate detail — number, scope and dates — is being confirmed with UNBS and will be published on this page in full rather than summarised.
What goes into a pant
Sourced from established international suppliers and checked against specification on arrival.
Super-absorbent polymer
Locks liquid into the core as a gel so it cannot travel back to the skin under pressure.
Fluff pulp
Distributes liquid evenly through the core so absorbency is used across the whole pad, not one spot.
Non-woven top sheet
The layer against the skin. Chosen to be soft, quick to pass liquid through, and free of harsh finishes.
Breathable back sheet
Lets water vapour escape while holding liquid in, which helps keep the skin cooler and drier.
Elastics and leg cuffs
Give a 360° stretch waist and raised barriers along the legs without pressing hard enough to mark skin.
Adhesives
Hot-melt adhesives applied in controlled amounts, kept away from the surface that touches the baby.
Where the checks happen
Quality is not a final inspection. It is four checkpoints, from the delivery bay to the sealed carton.
Checked on arrival
Every delivery of absorbent polymer, fluff pulp, non-woven and elastic is inspected against its specification before it is accepted onto the floor.
Monitored in-line
Operators check pad placement, seal integrity and pack counts through the run, so a drift is caught in minutes rather than at the end of a batch.
Sampled before release
Finished packs are pulled and checked against our in-house standard. Nothing is released for despatch until that check passes.
Traceable by batch
Production records tie a finished carton back to its raw material batches, so any query can be traced to source.
Made for skin that is only days old
A newborn's skin is thinner and more permeable than an adult's, so everything that touches it matters. The top sheet is selected for softness and for how quickly it passes liquid away from the surface. The core holds that liquid as a gel so it does not wick back under pressure. The back sheet is breathable, which helps keep the skin cooler and drier through a long day.
We do not use added fragrance or lotion in our pants, and the materials we buy are specified free of harsh finishes.
- No added fragrance
- No lotions or creams applied to the top sheet
- Breathable back sheet to reduce heat build-up
- Elastics tensioned to hold without marking the skin
Certificates and approvals
Published in full once confirmed — we would rather show you the document than make a claim about it.
